Lord Sebastian Coe is one of Britain’s greatest ever athletes and an outstanding motivational speaker.
He has held world records at 800m, 1000m, 1500m and one mile and has held a total of twelve world records. Sebastian Coe retired from athletics in 1990 and became a Member of Parliament for Falmouth and Cambourne in 1992. Various parlimentary posts followed and in 1997 he became a member of the International Olympic Committee. In May 2004 Seb was appointed Chairman of London 2012, the company bidding to bring the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games to London. In addition to Seb’s sporting success, he has written five books on a variety of subjects and is an experienced broadcaster and motivational speaker who can talk with great authority on individual and team success. He was named in the 2015 Debrett’s list of top 500 British people of influence.
