Formerly UK Managing Director of a leading international recruitment group, motivational speaker Jeff Grout is now an independent business consultant.  He focuses on leadership, people management, team building, peak performance, recruitment and retention issues. Jeff holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching appointments.  He also runs various management training workshops online and at live events.  Key subject areas include effective selection, presentation skills and client relationship marketing.  Jeff has also acted as Business Manager for Sir Clive Woodward.

Jeff has appeared on television and has participated in numerous radio programmes. Jeff collaborated with the BBC in producing an interview training video.
