24 Jul New Prestigious Position for Sports Broadcaster
The multi-award winning presenter, writer and broadcaster, Clare Balding, has just been announced as the latest President of the Rugby Football League. Clare is thrilled with the new appointment and has become the 30th RFL President. She also continues to be a highly sought after host and speaker for corporate events.
Clare is as busy as ever and has also recently finished writing her first non-fiction inspirational book for young people to help them overcome adversity and strive to achieve their best, Fall Off. Get Back On. Keep Going: 10 Ways To Stay at the Top of Your Game. The book will be published in 2021.
Clare has worked at six Olympic Games as well as Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, the Grand National, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and the Ryder Cup.
Earlier this year Clare launched a new podcast, Dogcast, dedicated to dogs and the joy they bring the nation. Travelling around the country Clare has been covering inspirational stories of how dogs change lives. The show features interviews with owners, celebrities and experts.
