International Mediator and Speaker, Chair of Board of Management at CIArb & PSA UKI Past President

As a former lawyer Jane Gunn’s mission is to help busy executives to collaborate effectively and experience the Magic of Conflict as they manage change, challenge and crisis in their organisations. She is a mediator, speaker and author of a popular book “How To Beat Bedlam In The Boardroom And Boredom In The Bedroom”

She has been invited to speak at the United Nations, The White House, The European Commission and The International Energy Agency and has spoken at conferences and events all over the world.

She has worked with organisations large and small including McLaren Racing Ltd, Bacardi Martini Ltd, Cable & Wireless, The NHS, BAA, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ACCA and many more.

Jane’s skill is in getting people:

  • Talking about what matters most – both to them and to their organization
  • Motivated, energized and committed to what needs to happen next.

WHAT IF you could transform conflict into an opportunity to create new outcomes that add value rather than create loss?

IMAGINE the benefits if you could capture the energy and dynamism that different personalities and approaches bring as opposed to the clashes that often cost time, productivity and money?

Let Jane INSPIRE you to discover the Magic of Conflict and the Joy of Collaboration

By gaining a deeper understanding of conflict and how and why it leads to adversarial behaviours and a spiral of damage and loss, you will be better equipped to strengthen your own relationships with your partners and colleagues

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • What conflict is and how and why it escalates
  • How to transform an adversarial approach into a collaborative one
  • Why you should embrace conflict as a catalyst for change

OUTCOMES:

Back in the office you will use this deeper understanding of conflict to help you to see crisis and conflicts as opportunities to learn and grow. You will be able to facilitate collaborative rather than adversarial conversations and motivate others to work together to tackle the challenges ahead.
