Comedian and actor, Marcus Brigstocke, is also a regular contributor to a wide variety of Radio 4 comedy programmes.  With his own show The Late Edition on BBC 4, Marcus Brigstocke is easily recognisable for his wry comments and topical humour.

Marcus started his comedy career at Bristol University where he performed stand up and character shows and soon won the BBC New Comedian Award. He has since emerged as a major comedy, writing and acting talent, performing in the UK and beyond. As well as being a regular voice on BBC Radio, he has an impressive list of TV and film credits.

In addition to his film and TV work, Marcus has also performed in the West End with a critically acclaimed performance as King Arthur in Monty Python’s Spamalot.  He followed this as Station Master Perks in E.Nesbit’s The Railway Children at London’s Waterloo Station.

Marcus’ publication, God Collar, based on his award-winning Edinburgh and West End show, is a laugh out loud read.
