Leading disabled yachtsman, Geoff Holt MBE, has just been invited to take part in the Royal Flotilla for the Queen's Jubilee.

Geoff will sail "Wetwheels" one of the elite wheelchair accessible powerboats on the River Thames on Sunday 3rd June 2012.

He will be part of the biggest flotilla in modern times, with rowing boats, working boats and pleasure vessels of all sizes all highly decorated.

Dame Ellen MacArthur named Geoff as one of her sporting heroes: "Geoff epitomises courage. At 18, an accident meant he would spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. But he returned to his sport and has sailed solo round Britain and across the Altantic. He is always positive"

He is the first Ambassador for the Disabled Powerboating Trust launched last month.

Geoff is a truly inspirational motivational speaker, "feedback has been overwhelmingly positive" Barclays 2012
