Often referred to as 'the Worlds greatest living explorer' Sir Ranulph Fiennes has certainly earned such a title.  With a lifetime of adventures and record breaking expeditions behind him Sir Ranulph has now overcome what turned out to be his greatest challenge of all, summiting Mount Everest.

At the age of 65, Sir Ranulph has overcome serious heart problems to succeed in his attempt, third time lucky.
