Channel 4 will be screening Bear Grylls Weekends with ... Miranda on Boxing Day.  The intrepid adventurer will be showing Miranda the Swiss Alps, helping her traverse a glacier, cross crevasses, as well as completing a boulder scramble.

Jonathan will visit Europe's only rainforest in La Palma in the Canaries.  His adventure will include abseiling from a helicopter and walking across an active volcano.
