Esther McVey

Esther is Chair of the British Transport Police Authority, Honorary Fellow of Liverpool University and Advisor to St Benet's Hall Oxford. She established her own Charity 'If Chloe Can' providing career support and guidance to young girls and has written 4 accompanying career books. She is a senior Advisor to an international communications company, a broadcaster and regular commentator on BBC, ITV and Sky, covering news, current affairs and politics.

Nominated for Cheshire Woman of the Year and Merseyside Woman of the Year for her work with women in business, she has a MSc in Corporate Governance, is writing a book on Resilience and Rising to the Challenge and is currently heading up the new Recruitment and Employment Confederation report on the Future of Employment, 'A Brave New World.'

Esther is much in demand as both a conference host and keynote speaker.
