Lord Holmes is Britain’s highest achieving Paralympic swimming champion, winning 9 gold medals, with 6 coming at the Barcelona Games in 1992. He was Director of Paralympic Integration for London 2012.

He is an inspiring motivational speaker and an active member of the House of Lords where his core policy focus is digital technology for the public good.

Chris lost his sight aged 14 but went on to achieve fantastic A levels and a place at Cambridge to read Politics. It was during his time at University that Chris attended the Barcelona games and went on to compete in Atlanta in 1996 and Sydney in 2000, winning a further 3 gold medals.
