‘Alpha Connection has become one of the most exciting show bands in the UK today. Their reputation as a professional act and leaders in their field precedes them. The band tours extensively throughout the UK and abroad performing at major Corporate Events, Award Presentations and Post Conference Parties. Recent clients include British Airways, Whitbread, Canon UK, Chase Manhattan Bank, Channel, Calvin Klein and the Rank Organisation, as well as charities such as NSPCC, NCH Action for Children, the sail training Association and The Variety Club of Great Britain. Charity Balls, cabaret and theatre shows as well as appearing on prime time television including the last four series of “The Jim Davidson’s Generation Game”. Musicians from the band have also performed at numerous Royal occasions, in front of the Queen, Queen Mother, Prince Charles and The Princess Royal. The band’s versatility and sheer energy create a truly great centrepiece for any function. Alpha Connection’s musical repertoire is so diverse that they are able to perform music that covers at least five decades from fifties swing to today’s club dance music The line up includes a very popular brass section, enabling them to deliver a unique presentation of sound and vision that sets them apart from all other bands. The band is able to perform a fully choreographed show combining breath-taking dance routines and excellent costume changes if required. Their comprehensive and vast musical repertoire includes timeless Big Band Classics: Rock and Roll: Soul: Blues: Latin: Salsa and chart hits from the 21st Century. The extremely versatile male line-up of all singing, multi-talented musicians can also be complemented by the addition of glamorous female dancers and singers.
